Buddy I see where you are going but my 5.0 was not built at all with the drag strip in mind. It has H&R race springs, Bilstein HD shocks and struts, stiffer sway bars, MM panhard bar, MM lower control arms, and it stays on 17" or 18" wheels. No 12.1 is not a good time at all however if I wanted a low 11 or high 10 second slip I wouldn't have installed parts that make the car handle better.

i know it hurts to see my baby put through that torture but it does better than most ppl think... never been stuck even during an 8in storm it'll be a streetable track car in years to come and i'll have one to baby and show what they are capable of with bolt-ons

Nope. One is dark blue with ghost flames (most call it "the black car") and the other is a basically stock looking 95 GT with 03 Cobra wheels.

OMG you sound just like this kid named jason that drives a vortech blown fox body always drivin his 17's for an excuse not to run the NA (but well built) ls1 cars even though he has DR @ home.... and of course he has the fastest car here and it's top secret under the hood.
but when the 2 ls1 cars wore their factory 17 rims on in he needed a tune really really bad....

Lol, if you talk **** you need to back it up, i was talking **** to some kid with a cobalt, he had some bolt ons, he told me my 87 supra was a pile because it wasnt the new body style so i said lets race. Well when it came time to race i had a slightly blow head gasket and as it turns out holes in cylinders 3 and 5 but i still raced him and won by half a car up to 110 or so with smoke blowing everywhere.

my fav sleeper here tho is a guy with a 95 olds cutlass supreme with a mildly modded gtp engine love seein it dust the gt's around here he makes good money doin it even after he tells exactly what he's got
