Win Some Lose Some.... So I was at the local hang out a few nights back. Cops rolled in and kicked us all out. My buddy followed me out in his Evo and one of his friends with a Saleen S281 SC followed as well. We cruise away from traffic and get to a nicely desserted section of the highway when I drop down to 2nd at 50 and cruise waiting for the Evo to beep. So on the third beep we both leave the Evo pulls about two on me before I can stop his pull then we both shut down. Second run I lined up against the S281, this car put down 510whp 480tq. This time I can't hear him beep at all. I floor it when I here him smash the pedal. He has the jump on me by about half a car and I can't seem to catch up. After that I tried my chances with the Evo again and did a nice first gear roll. It was a miracle....I hooked. Well same as the last time, the Evo jumped out two on me and then I stopped the pull and we shut down. Damn brake boosting....after realizing beating the 11.70 Evo was out of the question, I wanted a re-run with the Saleen. This time we went from a dig. Launching my car on two step at 3600 I hole shotted him off the light and pulled about 3 on him to 135 and then shut down. It was a fun night, got some good runs in. Just ordered my Fast 92/92 setup and getting tuned next week and I'm gunna take another shot at the Evo.....

Good times good times. Don't ever compare times that some one else does to your setup man. If that was the case I would be LOW LOW 9's. LOL I beat bikes that do that from a roll. At the track I have yet to do anything impressive do to one thing or the other. Still you have a mean setup congrats on that.

good runs but if you beat that saleen theres no way he makes 510 rwhp because if he did he would trap higher than 116 like the evo that beat you, my guess would be he was all stock n slow like 360rwhp or something
....but surely it's coming!!
