Snobby rich kid makes the mistake of taunting my LT1 Ok so last night I'm meeting a bunch of my friends at a diner. At the light right before the diner (about a mile away) on Route 23, I pull up next to one of those new Lincoln LS's with hte v8s right in front at the red light, absolutely nothin in front of us. They're pretty nice cars, I'd like to own one and use it as a daily driver... so I'm sitting there, and as my car's idle drops, I heard
"...yeah it's like RAARRRGHH... those cars are so gay!"
and the kid and his girlfriend/sister/really young MILF/whatever she was look over with a smirk like thye're laughing at my car.
I was gonna say something, instead I just gave him my scariest glare (probably not too scary, I'm like a ****** teddy-bear, not intimidating at all).
So, as the light changes, I'm surprised that he pretty floors it, got the tires spinnin a little bit. I just laughed, I couldn't believe it, then I hit the gas.
Haha, I blew this kid away like he was nothing. I swear I must have put like 3-4 lengths on him by 50 mph
I cut him off too, just for good measure.
When I put my signal on and pulled off onto the shoulder to pull into the diner, he blew by me, still gunning it, with a middle finger out the window
What a queer.
He doubted the power of ole' LT1... hehe.

Re: Snobby rich kid makes the mistake of taunting my LT1 it funny cus thats happened to me twice. once in a C32 AMG bmz, and the other in 330i bmw. I just did pretty much what you did...seems to do the trick. Except i got a really funny look after i lit the tires up through second with the bimmer. lol those kids were like "OH MY GOD! camaro's can do that"

Too damn heavy... the kid probably took daddy's car out for a spin and thought he'd teach my "white trash muscle car" a lesson, haha. I love surprising people with the LT1... this girl came up to me yesterday outside of quick check while my car was idling, and she was driving a riced out Maxima, and she's like "Wow... you need to fix your belts man, they're loud as hell!" and walks away. Me and my friend Tom (who owns a 4.6 Mustang) just laughed at her. The "noisy belt" was, of course, the Vortech doing it's job under the hood.

This guy told me before getting into his minivan, simply, with no expression, "your car is loud." I chuckled and responded, "yeeahh," and threw him a rev.

He drove on the sidewalk to get away. I do seem to have a intimidating look. Kinda sucks though when I am walking in my apartment complex late at night and I see a girl acutally run away from me. I have had this happen more than once.

I do seem to have a intimidating look. Kinda sucks though when I am walking in my apartment complex late at night and I see a girl acutally run away from me. I have had this happen more than once.
