I think it is a pretty cool idea. Reminds me of the Monster Miata's and the Civette like mentioned earlier. I don't see what the need for trash talking is. I guess it's just a result of the way you approached the post, Kinda cocky. But then you are always like that,

I for one would like to see more of it in action. Maybe a lil run w/ another car to see a base line. Maybe some runs around a road course or AutoX.

Oh and lastly is it a Windsor or Cleveland? I forget which is the better of the two. A stroked 2v or simply a stroked modular? Not sure if there was under hood footage, kinda skimmed the video.

Going fast in a straight line? Unless your keeping more of your mods secret, I know of more than one focus that would eat you for lunch in a straight line as well. A fast car is a fast car. No matter what. Some go fast straight, some go fast in curves, and some are just plain quick all the way around... Its all about how you get your kicks.

 

Looks impressive, but without dyno or straight line numbers, it sucks

 

I dunno why some people get so bent out of shape over ken's trying to stir **** up...I've always thought it was funny.

 

I like the Focus. Only wish they brought the Euro version here. The U.S. SVT version sucks. If you have ever watched WRC, you would know how badasss they are. They do very well on both tarmac and gravel.

 

 

just remember real cars lift the front wheels not power them. Each there own but I totally agree id take a skittle over a focus any day. Id almost take a civic over one. shame on me lol

 

oh yeah and are they STOCK Focuses, huh buddy? Yes i'm sure there are modded focuses that can eat me for lunch, there are frikken modded minivan's that can eat me AND you for lunch. Any car can be made faster than another one, your post has absolutely nothing to do with what i said. I said i prefer a car to go fast in a straight line rather than handling high speed curves. I would take either of those over a focus. I actually don't really mind the new civic si's for what they are. They don't look half bad IMO. Slow as hell though...

i owned a focus once....for about 3 weeks...until i realized it used more gas than my jeep... there should be a law about men owning a focus... a law against it...

 

I've got nothing against Ford except the fact that they built the Focus. I'm not Chevy loyal, I just hate the Focus. You can give me a choice between a totally mint, single digit Focus with $50,000 of work into it or a stock auto 2v GT to drive for the rest of my life and I'll take the GT.
