The original owner might have swapped out the muffler for something else and left the system looking stock. Other then that, maybe it was tuned before or it was just taking damn good care of. Good kill though!

Yeah, but they still trap (just like all the other SRT-8 cars) damn near exactly what an F-body will trap on a good day from what I've read. And they have around the same top speed too. So I don't know how you "pulled on him good," but good kill regardless.

No reason to down yourself. Nothing wrong with an A4........unless you like running slower and missing shift, breaking rears and frying clutches. Congrats on the A4...be proud....hold your head up and race and M6 if your feeling down because when ur putting a half a car on the m6 guys every shift u'll be ear to ear grinning. And don't get me wrong m6's are fun but if gm wouldn't of put the s-10 drivetrains in our cars they would be even better.

i should probably talk about your kill too lol. Very nice! i recently killed my g/f's brothers charger r/t after he was all hard over his "HEMI". It wasn't even a race. Love these damn ls1's!
Good kill bud!

On paper it should have been an even race, but who knows how those things downshift (or fail to downshift) with the transmission that are in them. I don't know much about them.
