M3 kill
I was taking my buddy's woman home and as we pull out there is a very clean M3 convertible with a dude going solo. I told her that we won't be going directly home and she just giggled. She was game. She had never ridden in the "old man stud mobile" as she called it. I throw a rev at the dude and he is all smiles and is game. He breaks free of the traffic but I get stuck. He waits on me to get free....quite a sporting fellow. I finally break free and when I get around traffic, he is already on it.... a few cars ahead at about 60mph. By the top of third, I am even with him and I ran it to aboout 130mph which left him about 3-4 cars behind. We got up to the next light and he gave the ZO6 symbol and we exchanged props and went our seperate ways. The M series Bimmers are nice!!!

Re: M3 kill
Nice kill but no match for Z06. The coupe with SMG II is a little better.
There is an older guy that I see around sometimes, he has a yellow M3 Harmann modified with a M5 5 litre engine in it. That bitch looks and sounds mean.
He told me he can do 1/4's in low 10's. Not to mention I didn't want to mess with him and get massacred.
Maybe one day when my ride reaches that potential.

way to lay the smack down in the Z. and bimmers are nice cars but no match for the mighty LS1/6
and 4thgenretard: he said he CAN do the 1/4 in low 10's or he DOES the 1/4 in low 10's? im sure you know as well as i do that there is a BIG difference between the two.

His car had no back seats, MOMO fronts, harness, full roll cage, a shitload of gauges (I couldn't see a boost one though), but it was a quick look around.
I say that Beemer must have cost him over a 100 Large at least.

John,
You're going to have to get some stamps made for your fender like the old world war two planes. Problem is your fender would be covered in stamps.

Re: M3 kill
BMW made a few 3 series cars with the M% v-8 they had to for homologation but they were all well over 250k and sold backdoor style to certain people.
As for the Harmann 3 Series running 10's. I don't think ANY BMW street vehicle has run in the 10's even the McLaren F1 ran 11's (BMW 12 cylinder)
Good kill.
I'm trying to get a local Chiropractor that drives an M3 to run me. He's the typical "American cars are turds" kinda guy. I'm gonna hand him his ***

250,000? Talk about overpriced... A regular M5 could be had for only 90 grand. I thought the McLaren did high 10s? COuld be wrong on that one though.

And Carl, haven't done anything yet but am very close....just cam and headers hoping for about 410-420rwhp. There is just too many choices. Probably MTI though and LGM headers.
Cragar, as far as his jump on me, he needed it. I ran his *** down and went on by. I am just wondering what it sounded like to have an LS6 go bye at full bore with the top down.....and my buddy's chick with her "top down"
