That sounds right to me. It takes a cobra 40-50 more hp to pull the win out over an f-body. I have had a couple good runs with my friends pullied cobra and he has about 50hp than me.

If this is true, then why? It shouldn't take 40-50 HP to make up a 200 lb difference.

I was refering to Midpipe/catback only cars as in what the OP stated. BOTH cars refered too previously were LT (FULL EXHAUST) back cars. LT's in Cobra's are a good 20rwhp.
I'M addressing what the OP stated as mods.
