My HP #'s are in my sig, but my friend has been talking to me lately saying that his stock pullied/blower cobra will beat me?

Now i have no idea what the outcome will be.. But i know most have raced a cobra.. What would happen from a roll or dig?

you will take him if he is stock and you should give some pullied cobras a hard time also.

Youll kill him pretty easy if he really is stock. if he is pullied with intake, exhaust and tune i think it will be a damn good run. Please get it on video!!!

This sounds like a setup...unless he doesn't know your power numbers, there is a chance that there is more done than he claims. Either way it'd make a nice vid

Stock pulley, you'll rape him. if he has a smaller pulley or maybe a ported blower as well, watch out.

Yeah, if he doesn't have a pulley or port (or nitrous...) you should beat him fairly easily with that cam. A bolt-on LS1 seems to be a pretty good race for a mostly stock Cobra if both guys can drive, but those Cobras do pickup some decent hp with exhaust work. If he has a pulley, you'll be fighting for your life, and if he has a port or more, you're done unless he's the worst driver in the world.

i would honestly like to see your setup vs. his setup with boltons and a pulley!! i hear those dang cobras are something else with those pulleys. but im curious how a cammed ls1 will do vs. a 03-04 cobra with a pulley and boltons..
