My best 1/4 mile pass to date
60' ...1.899
330 ...5.336
1/8 ...8.081
MPH...89.62
1000..10.423
1/4 ...12.384
MPH ..115.48
This was done at Edgewater Raceway in Cincinnati, OH. I was spinning hard in first gear and even still in second gear, on a set of 275/50/15 MT Drag Radials.
My best 1/8 mile pass to date was:
60' ...1.79
1/8 ...7.71
MPH...91.9
I know there is more in it in the 1/4 mile. It had been almost a year between track outings before I went to Edgewater so my driving skills were definitely a little rusty. Even on my best 1/8 mile time, I had a bit of traction issues, so my sixty foot times aren't quite straight either. Not to mention, the last thing I was put on this earth to do is drag race a Trans Am.

Was that bone a stock Viper you raced? With just a few mods those Vipers can really get nasty...
Still I come up short when racing the viper's everytime.....I had one toying around with me on PCH here in Malibu Califoria a week ago...A rich malibu kid showing off his new Viper, little punk trust fund baby........Except this Viper was slightly modified I think, the exhaust sounded brutal compared to stock...... Even with my Nitrous running I could not hang....It does appear these vipers have their best pickup from a roll..
After that semi race I don't mess with Vipers or Z06's anymore with just my 330whp powered Lexus... I can't keep up with them and it pisses me off!!! I need to stick to racing Mustangs, Camaro's, standard Vette's, etc... to keep up my confidence.....
Check out this viper... Rediculously fast...

Good kill OP....Dosent surprise me the race was so close...A 96-2002 Viper dynoes 410 rwhp...A 2003-2006 dynos 445 rwhp..the 2008's dyno 540 rwhp..
However with your trapp speed of 115 mph it makes me wonder if you raced a 1992-1995 Viper with 365 rwhp?????
what did it look like? what year?
Awesome races however and way to put the clown to bed

Yea some tracks are just slow...115 mph at his track could be 120 mph at another track so good kill OP....Now go find a 2003 SRT10....If you beat him go find a C6Z06....If you manage him go find a 2008 Viper...Keep us posted

**** I just remembered....I had a stock 99 Viper..It dynoed 410/465 SAE on a dyno jet...The best I ever ran with it stock was a 12.4 at 116 mph here in hawaii with my drag strip proven FX2 timer..4 mods later though and it was trapping 120-122 mph..
So yea good race man
