How much adjustability in Hal fronts

How much adjustability in Hal fronts I'm going to be doing some suspension stuff here soon, and one of the things is some BMR springs. Now what I was thinking was BMR springs in the rear, and hals with their springs up front. But how much adjustability is there in Hals? Can it match a 1'' BMR spring?
