all i wanted to see was how much ground clearance i would be losing and if you could see it while looking at the car.

Koni shocks with Hotchkis springs and UMI boxed, weld-in SFC. I barely lost any ground clearance.

If you dont want to worry about clearance or anything else you could also look upon the bolt in subframe connectors from UMIhttp://umiperformance.com/2002?category_id=129) I put em on and inmediatly felt the difference; then I drove and got them welded. Either you go tubular or boxed you will feel your car very sturdy..

You won't really lose much ground clearance since the exhaust tends to hang lower anyway.

Hello,

None of the SFC's we offer will reduce ground clearance on your vehicle

And since you have ground effects on the side of your vehicle none of our SFC's will even be able to be seen from the side.

If you are looking for the tightest fitting set our tubular 2-Point designs tuck tight against the floor of the vehicle. Part # 2001 and 2002, 2002 is a 100% bolt on set-up that requires no cutting, grinding or drilling and can be installed in 20 minutes.

If you have any questions please ask. thank you!

I am probably going to go with your 2002. Is that a realistic amount of time to install the bolt-ins? I always find that extra time is needed to "make things fit."

It depends how fast you can get the car up in the air and safely on jack stands... with a lift we can do a set in 20-30 minutes (the bolts on)... we have also done it this multiple times. On the ground with a jack I would give yourself an hour... there shouldn't be anything needed to make these fit. But things do come up on the vehicle like rusted bolts ect.

Hope that helps!

Ryan,

Thanks for the quick response. I would be doing it on a jack, so I will plan on more time. I just changed out the LCA's so the bolts shouldn't be too much of a problem. Thanks again!

Glad to help!

And yes if you just had the control arms off this install will be a breeze

If I can help anymore please ask. Thank you!

Yeah, edit what I posted. I didn't lose any ground clearance. You can even tell in my first picture that my Spohn TQ Arm hangs much lower.
