Default Sway Bar End Links

I am constantly going through sway bar end links on my car. I've used factory rubber replacements and polyurethane ones. They all seem to last about 6 months and then they start squeeking and rattling. Is there a certian torque spec for these? I live on a really, really rough road and don't know if that is causing it or not. Is there any more options out there?

Yup, it seems to be the driverside that goes out the fastest. How tight should they be, maybe I'm over doing it.

Till the bushing 'just' starts to bulge. I've had the same set for 6 years now and no squeaks out of them.

Yeah, rubber needs to bulge to fit the washers. Poly just needs to be snug, any more is no help and will cause bind.

I don't think you're supposed to great the endlink bushings, just the d-bushings on the mounting brackets.
