I was lookin at that site last nite. And some of the shocks say like $438/each and then shows a picture of two shocks? I think $438 is a little much for one shock so I'm guessing its for the pair?

None of the shocks on my site are $438 each for a F-body.

Koni SA fronts are $299 each, while not cheap it's a far cry from $438 each (and I don't even know where that number came from anyway).

If you have questions, I stronly suggest you use the phone and call me. Clearly there is some confusion on your part.

I went with the koni 4/4's from Sam and I couldn't be happier! I kept the stock springs for now, and put the front ones on the lower perch (3/8ish drop) and the heater hose mod in the rear. The car's stance looks 100x times better now! The koni's are a little more $$$, but in the end they are worth every penny, and Sam is definitely the guy to go to, very helpful with any questions you have.

Dude---

What should I have done? Let you assume what you saw (and intimated you saw on my site) was correct and forget about it? That's not my style.

Well I said that it showed a picture of two (2) shocks and was asking a question. I wasn't trying to trash talk your site I was just asking. I must have looked at the wrong site, my mistake. So what is the going rate for 4 of the shocks? I am planning on calling you when I'm ready but just want to get a rough idea...I'd order now but my checking account was "compromised" and I now have no check card... So it will have to wait until I get my new card... Thanks

You should never go by pictures. My site has generic pictures of Koni's, not the specific ones for your car (and the picture includes 3 different dampers in the shot).

I can't answer what you saw, because I don't know where you were looking.

Do you offer any kind of packages? I' leaning towards some kind of Koni shocks, sway bars (not sure specifics yet) and something to fix the rubbing of my 315's. I just got an adjustable panhard bar. So i wont need that.

1-2k budget for suspension?

Go with strano springs and koni shocks and buy from Sam. From reading all your posts, this is basically my recommendation in a nutshell.

EDIT: Your from PE I just noticed. I definitely recommend Sam then. You'll get your stuff really fast. Sam's from PE. Buying stuff from him over time works out pretty well too because you'll develop good relations and I think that's always good to have.

I have in the past, but stopped... Someone always wanted to substitute something, and that sort of defeats the purpose of a ready made package. And being I offer free shipping on my springs and Koni's, that bascially makes both discounted anyway.

I can't make recommendations without talking to you directly. Based on a conversation, I can make some recommendations to you, and we can put together parts that suit your needs.

GOOD call. My bet is Konis and Sam's sway bars are what you want. Then, when you start adding power, strengthen up the rest - PHB, LCAs, TA, SFCs, etc - depending on how far you take the HP.

Regardless, shocks first, period. Wish I had.
