I would not run it empty at any time, as it may damanged the bag,I would run 15-25 psi depending unpone your need, again I run both sides with about 5-8 on left and 18-22 on right works best for me

Very easy, 20-30 min each side, jack up rear under the pumpkin place jack stand car about where the jack would go remove one tire remove botton bolt on shock on same side, let down on jack with jack stand still supporting car (mark the orientation of spring with a piece of tape- marker , anything so as to reinstall in same place) push down on axel reack in and remove spring, insert bag ,if any problem getting bag into spring just put a little dish washing liqu on bag it will slip in ,check over top of spring to be sure nothing sharp on fram of car will not punch hole in bag, run air line so you may reach it to change psi at will reverse install everthing, go play untill you find the best air pressure for your setup
good luck , Johnny
ps I would not run less than 5 psi or more than 30 psi

I have this with stock springs. It's super easy, just spit on it to slip it in. You will spend more time properly routing the air lines than installing the bags. It's a MASSIVE difference in traction. However, you won't want them inflated to max (35PSI) all the time as the rear end will bounce like an empty 3/4 ton pickup bed. I only use it when loaded (full pressure), trying to launch (close to full pressure), or to level the rear (5-10 lbs, depending on temp).
