strange shocks-- 300 lb springs WAY TOO LOW
i won some double adjustable off ebay for the front ( used 77$ shipped in good condition) and purchased 300 lb springs from SJM mfg. the bolt pattern and all the components seem to be right. it bolts on and extends with no problems what so ever.
However** with the spring perce all the way up with the springs avail from SJM MFG the car tucks 17" tires and sits wayy too low.!!!
to remedy this, i figured i might have some faulty springs. I took my SLP springs and welded/machined a spring perch to fit the SLP/eibach springs right back in the vehicle. I figured, since its the original spring that was in the car, the vehicle should be of the same height at full compression on the spring- no luck !!! my vehicle is still tucking 17" tires, Is it possible i got the wrong shock? or possible somethign else may be wrong with the install? its pretty straight forward and I dont see what could be wrong.

I have a set, and this is whats at the bottom of my double adjustable shocks. Not sure on the above #'s with their catalog. I called the other day for a few questions, and it was tough to get confident info from who I was talking to. (there seemed to be confusion over what was correct for my vehicle)
