1) Our kits are wired with superior circuitry design.
2) They are safer, accidental deployment cannot occur...leading to longer expectancy life of solenoid.
3) You know when our circuit is live due to the remote mount LED feedback.
4) Our kits are track legal.
5) There is no assembly or need of thread sealant on the fittings.
6) Kits are complete kit without having the need to re-purchase additional components.
7) Our customer support, in my opinion, is superior (biased opinion of course)
Superslow is referring to our two line configured kits. One is slightly easier to install due to solenoid location (top mount). The other kit has a stealth appearance since the solenoid is more hidden. We've produced these for the F-body years before SLP decided to sell them. Apparently they liked our front mount line configuration. Location and line configuration is where the similarity ends.

If you prefer a shifter switch that physically connects to the shifter stick, we do offer one which you would use as a substitute to the standard momentary button. Those are sold separately which you would add to the cart. The people who may prefer this configuration would be the manual M6 guys.
Big Bird, we do not use PM's or other message systems on the board. I may not be on the boards for days, so I'd rather have it turned off. The customer would have to contact us via phone or e-mail...instead of the customer thinking they PM's or messaged me and I am not replying or didn't care about discussing their questions/concerns.
I'd suggest if you have more detailed questions to either give me a call tomorrow when I'm in my office or shoot me an e-mail. Phone calls are preferred as it's generally easier to answer/understand questions or comments.

The solenoids sole purpose is to hold brake pressure. Both styles hold ~3K psi, both have high-flowing ports. The Hurst style solenoids have a milled aluminum deck with heat vanes, so technically speaking due to material and design, they dissipate heat more efficiently.
Real world testing, they will perform equally well. In essence, using each back to back on two different cars, you wouldn't know which one you had. We offer both styles for the simple fact for people who prefer one style or appearance over another. Due to design and other constraints, the Hurst models are more expensive due to solenoid costs. Either style provides years of trouble free service.

sjm line lock newb here that needs a linelock. i don't now what a solonoid is (i think i spelled it wrong lol). how do you install these things and generally wheres the best place to install these things(ashtray?) obviously i would want the kit that installs easiestly.

Its a rather simple straightforward install. Our direction sheets are rather clear. Pictures are included as well.
A solenoid for a braking system is nothing more than a valve which is controlled via mechanical methods (an electromagnet controls the valves function).
The easier kit to install would be our top-mount style. The front mount style is only more difficult due to the solenoids mounting location.
