just ordered my UMI adjustable tunnel mount from buynspeed today, its on sale and free shipping. Great deal, the only problem is i think i'll be breakin out in the class im in once i install it and get some good traction, lol. That and im having a little trouble finding a cheap angle finder locally
We sell the angle finders for $9.99.. or if you like PM and I can supply a few places to look for one
Thanks!

Yes it is a bit more expensive to go that route. I think by your plans the tunnel mounted might be your best route since power is something you are going to keep adding. With the tunnel mounted you don't need to add a relocation kit at a later date like the transmission mounted style.
Let me know what you think. Thanks!

of course, i am very happy with the other UMI products i already have, if you could please pm me a price on one of those angle finders shipped to 85373 or else it may end up just being cheaper to get the $35 CE one from the hot rod checker up here, BTW how long do you estimate that it will take to install it (working off jack stands) and any tips for a fast accurate install, i will be flying all week and get back home hopefully about 3-4pm on sat and have to be at the track by 5-6pm, lol talk about cuttin it close, or should i just hold off on the install till after this race?

Thanks for your interest in UMI Performance, The total of the angle finder Shipped is $17.99. Or if you by chance you have a Harbor Freight you can get one there for $10.00 if you don't want to wait on shipping.
Thanks Again

Whatever you do, get the TA off the transmission. I don't care if you do tunnel mount, relocation kit, or bolt the thing to your ****. Just get it off the transmission. Here's what happens if you don't:

It did not ruin my transmission. But, that's a pure luck. It broke the threaded boss of the tailshaft. I've seen pics where it broke the tailshaft housing instead.
FYI - I finished the race with the arm like that. You can see that 1 bolt was still "technically" attached. The only thing keeping the arm under the car was that single, bent bolt . . . and the fuel lines.
Yup, the arm was caught in the hard fuel lines. They were bent all to hell, but no leaks.

Thanks for the purchase If you have any questions regarding the installation or adjustment feel free to ask.
We have several cars in the single digits with our setup and could not be happier. This type system truly is the best street/strip type system out there.
