Help me with choosing the right panhard bar.
Car is 1" lowered so I'm looking for an adjustable one. On car adjustable or not, doesn't matter. As long as it adjustable. It's street driven and never sees the track. Every once in a while I like to hit the mountain roads, so I'm looking for one that is street friendly, but works. I was told that a poly-rod combo will be best, also to get one that I can grease. Do any of these after market phb make any type of noise?? I want a panhard bar that is reliable. Please help me on choosing the right one. Thanks.
After that, I plan on buying an upper panhard bar support with relocation kit since my 3" exhaust is hitting the stock upper bar.

The UMI would probably the best bang for the buck!
But BMR, Spohn, and Edelbrock offer equally good products.
FYI, take your car to a good exhaust shop and have them reposition your catback exhaust for maximum clearance! You might just need to rubber isolators for the hangers.
There's no reason to spend money on parts you don't need!
If you were going to run a custom dual exhaust with stock rear height, then I could see getting the relocation kit.
But for a lowered car the relocation kit puts the PHB at more of an angle not less, which would be better!

Pan Hard Bar ?
Thanks for the recommendation guys. I like to see all the comments that our customers have to say about our products. I just figure I would throw this out there for you, I would recommend a poly/rod. We offer a on car adjustable. so It would be really easy for you if you ever needed the adjustment. And we also offer a single adjustable as well but you have to loosen the rod end every time you adjust it. Below is a link to show what I am explaining.
