Panhard relocation ?

What exactly does this do? I am puzzled. I would guess it is doing the same thing as the LCA relocation brackets. Can some one shine some more light on this for me.

The panhard bar relocation kit lowers the passenger side of the upper and lower panhard bar to allow additional clearance for larger exhaust systems and true duals. Allow it looks similar to lowering the control arms it is not, there is really no other benefit to the relocation kit other then adding exhaust clearance.
