Warped rotors. Pretty common on these cars. You will be able to narrow it down with a little trick-Does it vibrate in the wheel, or can you feel it in your seat?

Have you ever filed your rotors or changed your brake pads? It may be that unless they are new.

That is your best bet because it will just happen again if you get them resurfaced. It's worth it to buy a higher quality rotor (I would recommend a blank) so you don't have this problem over and over again.

Make sure you actually torque the lug nuts back down. Dont just jump on the wrench until you think it's tight enough. Improper torque will cause them to warp as well.

Didn't know that could happen, thanks. I knew that they needed to be torqued correctly, but not the whole warping of the rotors could be a reaction to it being wrong.

You can warp aluminum rims by improperly torquing them down, but I have never heard of the rotors. You would really need to bend the **** out of your rims for the force to pass through the rims and onto the rotors.

When you do get new rotors do NOT get new factory rotors, you'll get the same results.

Brembo blanks are damn good blank rotors, high quality steel, also Autozone blanks are better than factory rotors.

Thanks for info. I almost made the mistake of getting factory rotors.

I had the same problem and i guess the person who owned my car before didnt put good brake pads on and warped in the inside of my from passenger side rotor pretty bad, heres a pick of the new and old pads on that side.

Anyone got a deal on some slotted and cross drilled rotors?
