Lowered the TA > before/after pictures inside
Well spring has sprung.(no pun intended ) I finally got to put on the shock and spring setup I bought back in November. I went with Vogtland springs all the way around with KYBs up front and stock shocks out back. The springs came with their terrible looking purple/maroon coating so I went and has them stripped and powder coated navy blue; I also painted the shocks charcoal to keep with my color scheme. The measurements I took were from the ground to the top of the wheel opening and were taken after 2 weeks of settling.
Numbers:
Front before: 27.75” – after: 25.5”
Rear before: 28.25” – after: 26.75”
Variations were minimal from left to right so I did bother listing each corner. Let me know what you think. On to the pictures!
Before: (please excuse the filth, just pulled it out of storage and didnt have a chance to wash before working )

that is a VERY nice stance, maybe a lil too low in the front but damn it looks good. Was there any previous reports of these springs not performing properly after some time? I really hope they dont have the sagging issue eibachs have? Whats the advertised drop?

It's news to me if there have been issues. These springs have an advertised drop of 1.5, but we all know that you cant trust these numbers. Hell, Eibach's Sportlines claim a 1.7" drop in the front with 1.8" in the rear. In reality people normally see more than 2". As for performance, its nothing that I wasn't expecting with lowering.

Average drop seen with Vogtlands will be 1.5"+. I have had no issues with bottoming out even with the 2.25" drop up front LTs. Just have to back out my driveway and pull in at an angle.
