I did a search and found one picture. I am looking for the C5 calipers.

Thanks.
Honestly, Base C5 rear calipers look IDENTICAL to stock F-Car rear calipers, the C5 Z06 Caliper, nets you pretty red powder coat. Both calipers are pressure cast from the info I have found.

It can be either base C5 or C5 Z06 . . . the calipers are constructed identically the Z06 gets you the red powder coat only.

What about the C5 set-up on the front, do the C5 rotors fit or do you need to continue using the F-body rotors?

You use the vette rotors. That's really the main reason of doing the swap is for the larger rotor.

I don't know where you guys get your info but I would double check..

1.) The Vette pad will fit on the the abument brackets on the F-body but you have to shave off some material on the abument bracket where the pad goes up top where the knotches are and on the side of the abument bracket.

2) If you choose to do the Vette Rotors up front then you will need a Bracket for the caliper and abument bracket to fit the bigger rotor!! you are basically changing the location of setup by going to a bigger rotor..

3.) you cannot use the Rear Vette rotor in the back because it will not fit the parking brake bracket. Now If you do wanna use it the I would suggest giving Kore a call. You basically have to change the whole parking brake assembley!!

Now I have already done these upgrades and know from expericence!! If you guys want pics let me know.... I would be happy to post the pics for you guys>!!

I wish the rear vette calipers had the corvette name cast in like the fronts do...that would be nice. I recently purchased a very nice complete set of 08 vette calipers, guy wouldnt split them up. I cant wait to try them on, just waiting on pads and rotors...

I guess eventually I will swap the rears out...

bumping a real old thread here but looking to confirm. I too am swapping C5 calipers onto the rear of a 98 Camaro for aesthetic reasons. To install I use the Fbody caliper brackets, Fbody rotor, C5 rear caliper and C5 pads and clips?

NOT the Fbody pads and clips?
