The blocks, no, but they'll have both interior and waterproof exterior fuse holders. The fuse "blocks" posted earlier look like custom one-off deals.

^ Ahh.. Yeah, if I can find a sealed or protected connection that would be great. I wouldn't do the relocation if something like that was left open.
