Default Newbie to the LS1's Power

I've test drove 2 98+ trans ams and their power just makes me hard everytime i jump in one! But one thing i noticed was it's hard to get traction when i get up on it. If/when i buy one, what can i do to get more traction so i won't spin out as much?

Thanx!,
Andrew

Stickier tires would be the most obviouse choice, but you can also new lower control arms, a torque arm. Maybe a new panhard rod? I'm not sure if that will help or not.
