I've got a small pitman arm puller that I modified, works perfect!

Also have you tried hitting the side of the spindle with a hammer a few times?

It came loose with a couple of hits from a big hammer and loosening the sway bar a few notches.Hopefully the passenger side goes smoothly. Thanks 99bluz28

A pickle fork will do it no problem if you run into the same issue on the other side.

True, but the pickle fork usually tears the rubber grease boot. Not a problem if you're changing ball joints, but could be an issue if you're not.
