What parts are required for Koni's and Strano springs
I order springs and shocks from Sam the other day, I know I have awhile to wait on the back order but I want to go ahead and get everything I need.
I want to assemble the new shocks and springs without disassembling the decarbons. So what all do I need. I know I will need 2 shock mounts, 2 insulator pads and some hardware. Do I need anything else?
btw, the reason for this is so if I ever sell or God forbid wreak the car, I can easily replace the expensive Strano/Koni's with the original parts to use again. Also, I really don't want to mess with disassembling the stock stuff.

You need the upper shock mount assemblies (best to buy GM ones). And you need the 2 lower spring isolators for the front (sits on the spring perch, under the springs). That's all you'll need extra to have them ready to bolt in.

Those parts are reuseable in any normal circumstance... The OP was asking what he needed to buy to assemble the Koni's and Strano Spring while keeping his stock stuff assembled too.....

Same question that Striker has. Part numbers would be great too. My Strano springs and Koni 4/4s haven't gone on yet because I'm awaiting other parts, but if I never thought to preassemble them.

So do the upper isolators also come with this?
