Default Rear shock dust boots

Are you guys swapping them over from the Decarbons to your aftermarket rear shocks or just trashing them with the old shocks?? Thanks in advance

So what shocks do you have, if they didn't come with shock dust boots I wouldn't worry about it to much.
If it makes you feel better, you can try using the factory boots, or just get some rubber accordian style dust boots (like they use on offroad shocks).

I bought cheapo summit rear drag shocks(just a 25$ knock off), and they didn't come with dust boots.
I thought I would be smart and protect my new shocks, so I switched them over to the new ones and put it on. A week later I noticed high pitched squeaking and looked at the shocks, they had bare metal where with the boot put on, it made the shock fatter around and made them rub on the sway bar mounts. DO NOT TRANSFER OVER THE DUST BOOTS! I now have bare metal spots on my shocks that look awful and are were starting to rust, you will also have loud noises coming from the rear.
