i had the same problem. i bet your using the del-sphere ends. its the rotation maxing out and hitting the inside of the bracket. solution is to call spohn and order a poly rod end to switch one end of your panhard, or LCAs...

I posted a thread on here just the other day about the same issue. My pro drag sway bar rod ends are piviting (like they should) and smacking the sway bar and the bolt. And do the same at the top where they bolt to the car. Its the most annoying thing ever and makes me feel like my car is falling apart but its just part of it. I went and bought real heavy duty O-rings (13/16" I.D. x 15/16" O.D.) that fit perect over the ball of the rod end and pinched it between the sway bar and the rod end and that stopped the clunking there but didnt stop it where it bolts to the car itself.
