Default Strano Spring Status

What's the latest on when the next order of springs will be in? I'm at the top of the list so I'm getting anxious.

Actually, they are somewhere in transit from what I can gather.

Top of the list makes you top of the shipping list when they get here....

Sam, any projections on when you may have them? I know they have to clear customs, etc. but was just curious of any ideas. Trying to make plans on when and exactly what I will be doing with my suspension.

I hesitate to give dates based on the fact they are on a boat, and sometimes take a while to clear customs (sometimes don't).

I'm waiting word on when they are slated to arrive in port--but I don't have a recent update.

Yep, the update is--they are NOT on a boat. In fact that annoys me.

Don't panic, I'm looking at *gulp* air-freighting the complete order to expedite the process and get you guys your springs ASAP. I should know on Friday whether or not I can swing that (I'm going to try as long as I don't end up losing my shirt).....

I know it will, but despite claims that I'm the Devil himself I do try and do the best job I can for my customers, including trying to make sure they get their stuff sooner than later. I could just sit back and say "just wait", but it's important to me to try and reward their loyalty and patience. They don't have to buy from me, and this is my trying to show that I appreciate they fact they do.

We certainly appreciate what you do, Sam. I know everyone wants these ASAP (including me) but definitely don't lose an arm and a leg over getting these here faster; we need you around here

Very rarely do you hear things like that from companies. You are the exception. Thanks for all that you do.
Waiting patiently for the other half of my koni order and your springs.

Sam,

I too appreciate you trying to expediate this order but if you are going to lose your shirt by going with air-freight I could go with waiting a little longer. Hell, I don't even have my Konis yet so the springs wouldn't do me any good yet anyways. Also, you can make up the delay to me when I buy the Watts Link

Financially I can't take a loss, and I won't. But I'm willing to make little if that's what it takes.

I appreciate the feelings that I don't have to break my back here, nice to know that some folks understand that things can't happen for free. And I can't make any promises, but I am working on this and something will happen, soon.

I know the Koni's are still out for many, but then again a lot of folks have shocks already and are just waiting on springs and I can't (and won't) pick and choose who gets some and who doesn't. It's a first come, first served thing, oldest orders ship first and it's not fair to cut someone out on circumstance...

Again, guys.. I truly thank you for your understanding. It means a lot.

Sam, thanks for the update. You have to run a business and service means more than anything. I appreciate what you do and how you handle things and understand at the end of the day you also have to make a profit. Although I can't wait to get mine don't have shocks yet and frankly could use saving the money so the delay is ok. Thanks for the update and for what you do again.

When you run a business sometimes things happen that are out of your control, and it drives you nuts because you can't really prevent it. You have proven to be a class act and I think people here will understand. Btw, I got my Watts Link a few days ago and will be installing it this weekend, if things go as planned .. can't wait

The last update was the word from Germany that the springs are to be here late the week of the 20th (like the 24th, maybe early the next week). They agreed to work with me on air freight to kick this up a notch or 4.

I'm doing all I can, please hang in there.
