Default Poly bushings good or bad??

I read on a site that poly is not the way to go because it forces the mounts on the chasis to twist more
Any thoughts on this???

It really depends on the location. For example, poly upper control arm mounts: Good! Poly in the front lower control arm rear mount (caster bushing) Bad. But poly in the front lower control arm from mount: Good! Poly Torque arm mount: good Poly in the rear trailing arms: some say good most say bad. Poly in the Pan hard rod, good but rod ends are better. Poly trans mount. I like mine but others don't like it cause their pinon angles are wrong so they get a bad vibration. Poly Endlinks. Yes they are better than the stock ones even though I'm the guy who designed them, but give me a break, it was my first design out of college. LOL

the poly ends seem better to me than stock and the rod ends ride a little to ruff for me
