Default Missing washers on BMR T/A?

I'm wondering why there were no washers supplied in the areas indicated on the picture. It seems like an area would you would want washers.

Both sides too.

Why do you need washers? Those bolts are plenty large there and if it is like the UMI piece they are using nylock nuts.

The purpose of the washer is to distribute the pressure evenly instead of just where the nut & bolt head sit on the bracket. On the bottom I could see too much pressure in that one area causing a crack over time.

I know what a washer does and my question remains why do you think you need it? BMR didn't think so. If you're so positive this thing is going to crack over time why don't we just put a 4" washer around it.

No need for the attitude. I was just simply asking why there aren't washers on that area of the bracket but then there are washers on the top and bottom of the bracket. It just seemed like an area that would benefit from having one.

Hello, the plate that is used is very thick and we have never had an issue with the torque arm bracket breaking or having corrosion issues in that area.

That's good enough for me.
