Default Bilstein Shocks

Boy am I glad Bilstein offers a lifetime warranty of their shocks...:sarcastic:

So one of my B46-1913 went bad (leaking oil out of the top) so the place I purchased them from sent me a BE5-2406-M2 to replace the B46-1913

Now I am concerned that I will have 2 different performing shocks up front...I am under the assumption from some mild research that the B46-1913 and BE5-2406-M2 have different bump and rebound

WTF am I supposed to do now?

The valvings are different.... You need to replace both.

Thanks Sam...that is what I was thinking.

I am sure the place I bought it from will allow me to switch out both under warranty. I just hate having to do double the labor

If one failed it would leave me wondering about the other. I'd replace axles sets.

Not looking forward to the extra labor, but I'll survive
