I'd suggest our kits which are superior to other kits on the market. SLP kit is based from our original front mount kit but do not boast features ours have.

Our SJM kits are available in many configurations. They all come complete with preformed lines, a master switch, control switch, remote mount LED and all associated wiring needs. Unbolt the stock line and replace our lines with solenoid. Ours come with all fittings preassembled. Teflon sealant is not needed either.

You can view them in the braking section of our website www.sjmmanufacturing.com. Full directions are included as well as customer support.

Thanks’ for the positive feedback guys! To clarify differences so others have a clear perspective, the front mount (original design) was meant to be stealth. It is a bit more difficult to install due to the solenoid location (more difficult to drill the two holes to mount the solenoid). If you have an angle drill, it’s probably about as easy to install as the top mount. Most don't have that luxury though.

The top mount is super-easy to install...but some do not want others to see the solenoid...the choice is up to each person as to which way they feel more comfortable.

I'm sure someone will post a picture, if not, I can look for one here.

The shifter switch, that picture is actually on the website. If you look to the right side of the drop-down box, there is a question mark. Click it. That will bring up the picture of the switch mounted on a stick.

Steve,
I see you have a regular kit and then one for the Hurst? whats the difference?

Does anyone have pics of the two different mounting locations on the car?

I wouldn't call one regular and the other Hurst, they all perform the same actions. We offer them in a few configurations for folks who want one style over another.

Here's a front mount location kit using our solenoids.

Our top mount kit locates the solenoid on the top of the fender-well right above the one pictured (right next to the bolt sticking out). Same mounting position for the Hurst-style kits. With the Hurst configurations, we do not offer a front mount kit.

So I don't need the one for the Hurst if my WS6 has the stock Hurst shifter?

No, you do not. It's up to you which one you prefer to use. The end result will be the same.

All style kits are in stock and can be shipped within 24 business hours (usually same day if ordered by 1pm EST), so that shouldn't be a deciding factor either.

Thank you for your order. You've probably received a tracking number with your sales receipt by now.

Let me know if you have any questions regarding your installation.

Anyone know a good place to get these SJM kits? They're not posting here anymore. Are they out of business?

They are still advertising here. Look for them on the right edge of this webpage. I just ordered my kit from them and received it within 3 days IIRC. Great quality product! Go to their website to order it.
