FINALLY got my new suspension in..
After months of online ordering from halfway across the world, i finally got home and had the T/A with its new suspension awaiting my open arms. I must say the handling has greatly improved and it sticks to the road like glue. The only downside ive noticed are those big *** dips in the interstate that you cant really avoid..

really excited to get my bmr/kyb setup in....stance looks killer...i'm worried about being a little low for ME.
throwing around using the front 1/2" spacers from BMR and fabing something for the rear.
then i get a little less drop, but all the benefits of the stiffer springs.

i havent really had any issues with the fact of it being low, including speed bumps. However, in Northern Va along the interstate the roads are pretty crappy and they tend to be a excessively bumpy so that tends to make things difficult. My KYB's are set at 4 all the way around, im thinking about putting it up the next level or at least in the rear to see how that helps at higher speeds. Other than that, i love it and definitely like the improved handling. It makes for a fun drive on the country roads

Hello
Did you think about doing the heater hose mod? That would drop the rear like 1/2 inch giving you enough room for your TD's. Just a suggestion for you.
Take it easy

What are these 1/2 inch spacers the BMR rep was talking about? I am interested in upgrading my susp too, but am concerned with going too low as well. Is there a pic available? Do they work with all springs? How much? Front only? Anybody have experience with them?

they are for the front only
they mount under where the bottom of the shock/spring unit mounts to the lower A arm
they are $60 i think
should work with any spring..since they mount under the shock really

spacers for front
Thanks, TEKE, I am in the same boat as you are! My current SLP/Bilstein set up rides well, handles well but but the rear end sag and softish dampers are getting to me! The front drop is what Im most concerned with when I look at aftermarket springs 'cause the rear has already assumed a lower stance than when new. Even when new, I could feel that there was performance left on the table with this set up, but I thought that other spring/damper combos would ride too stiff for street use. The BMR Strano Koni KYB stuff looks like maybe the best of both worlds! My car is for pleasure use only, but going too hard core by having my car scraping and having little compliance would be a mistake. As for the rear, Ground Control makes rear end weight jacks(ers?) but they're big $.
