is it worth the money .... b/c i can get the same weight savings replacing my seats with lighter racing seats ( and they have the wow facter too ).
Motor is out of my car ...soo it wouldnt be any more work really.

Well, if you get seats, and a k member, then you have both weight savings. If it is a choice between the two, I would go with seats immediately if it's a stock/NA build car. K-member if I needed room doing a turbo build. But hell even then most people get by with the stocker for most turbo applications.

More room to remove headers. Allows the engine and trans to sag more when the crossmember is unbolted which makes those PITA top bellhousing bolts a little easier to get to. All I can think of really. It looks cool in red..

A tubular K-member and A-Arms are a great weight reduction item. They also offer additional adjustment for caster and camber. The K-member frees up a lot of room under the hood for headers and a turbo's as well.
