Which is more important LCA or PHB

Which is more important LCA or PHB I gona try to get both of these eventualy but if I only have money for one, which would help handling more. I know the PHB is mainly for when you lower your car to center the rear but can anyone say that they have noticed a handling difference with it alone?

i just installed bmr tubular lca, i took it out for a spin after i got them torqed and greased and notice no wheel hop and it really feels like the wheels plant to the ground. The next day i installed spohn panhard bar and noticed tighter and firmer ride when turning high acceleration
