Default BMR springs/ KYB shocks installed..impressions

sorry guys, no pics as weather has been crappy!! will post pics once it clears.

just want to say that i got the new BMR 1.5 springs installed and KYB shocks and i definitely love the stance. I also ended up using the stock struts as the KYB ones were shot..(got them free from a buddy..)

the stance of the BMR springs is killer. I wanted a good quality spring to give me a killer appearance. My car is just a fun street car. I dont care bout handling, my car never sees the track. The ride is great. No bouncing everywhere, or anything. I am really impressed with the setup. I highly recommend the springs to people in the market looking for quality springs thats not overpriced.

Is it bottoming out at all, are you riding on the bumpstops like a couple other members mentioned they were?

no, not bottoming out at all!! not sure why members are having that problem. I really love the stance. its lowered just enough to give it a killer appearance which is why i lowered my car, but not too low where it looks overkill. It looks so sick with the 18" chrome C5 Z06 rims. Ill be adding some BMR subframes, and adj panhard as well.

FWIW. I installed the same shocks/struts and springs a few months ago along with bmr sway bars and adj torque arm, adj lcas. Very happy with the ride, especially considering the kyb's. The car is extremely predictable and stable. Very flat in 60-70 sweepers. Felt good around town, no bottoming out or banging around or anything. Would recommend this as a good setup like the op is.

They are actually a 1.25" drop. I got a set when they first came out with this new set and I absolutely love them! Replaced the Prokit I had before with these and I love the BMR set.

I have a similar set-up. Here is what I have as far as suspension mods:

BMR Strut Tower Brace
BMR Sub-Frame Connectors
BMR LCA w/Relocation Brackets
BMR Panhard Rod
BMR Lowering Springs
Tokico Shocks/Struts

I don't bottom out. The stance is good. And she turns on rails.

i bought them brand new in box from a member off this site. I would just call BMR or WS6 store on these springs. They should have them in stock.
