Default clunk from rear after LCA install

Ok I recently got my LCAs from UMI installed. they are the poly/roto joint ones.

But now, any time I go over even small bumps, and sometimes even on smooth road, I hear this noticeable clunking sound coming from the rear. It isn't a vibration I can feel really, just a semi-lound clunking noise.

Is this normal just because it is a harder bushing or does this mean something is too tight or too loose or something like that is setup wrong?

Hello
Thanks for choosing UMI Performance for your suspension needs. It sounds like you have a issues with the hardware not being tight (it can work loose). I would suggest making sure that everything is torqued down to 90ft lbs. If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help.
Thanks
Brad

ive heard about this too. it happens on mine, although it sounds like more of a rattling. I was told that because of it being a roto joint, that it tends to rattle. not that its loose, but thats just how the joint is. i even had the shop go back over and tighten everything

Make sure everything is tight and the poly bushing has grease in it

When my Spohn LCAs where loose, I would hear the same thing. There could be a slight rattle here and there after I tightened the LCAs, but I would only hear it going over huge bumps. If it bothers you, just get this from UMI.

ok thanks I will check the torque and see if it's loose. If not then I guess maybe it's normal.
