Default Hookin

I have a highly modded 94 Camaro and have some issues with tire spin and way unstable on the big end of the track, I am running 12.50-28-15 ET Streets. I have the lower control arms set at 7" below the center line of the axle. Stock is 3", I hook at the line but the car spins in second and some times in high. Do I need to raise the LCR's back to the stock location? Or do I need to look in another direction?
The ET Streets are stable with 15 #s of air but won't hook, at 10 to 12 the hook but roll side to side in high gear and in the shut down. I have BFG's that hook pretty well @ 11 #s and don't roll side to side at the finish line. I am going to Sealy Saturday night and would like to join the 11 second club.

are the ET' radials? I do not think so, what front tires you running? if mixing radials and none radials you will get some wander at high speed . how wide your rims with the ET.?
