Hey I have a set of 2010 SS Front Rotors and a set of the 06+ Z06 Front rotors. Let me know what measurements you would like and I will try and help

Ok here goes, hopefully this is helpful :

I'm no machinist, but I did go pick up a set of calipers to try and measure this accurately

I put the rotors on the flattest surface I had (a glass table) and took some measurements.

Z06
Distance from glass to top of hat : 1.825"
Thickness of the metal at top of hat : .300"
Thickness of rotor surface : 1.260"

Distance from bottom of hat to rotor surface : .265"

2010 SS
Distance from glass to top of hat : 1.992"
Thickness of the metal at top of hat : .335"
Thickness of rotor surface : 1.260"

Distance from bottom of hat to rotor surface : .397"

So basically the 2010 SS rotor surface would sit .132" inches (3.35mm) closer to the spindle.

I hope this makes sense and is what you are looking for

Also, yes I believe they are the same lug pattern. However, the center bore is smaller on the 2010 SS rotor (67.1mm compared to 70.5mm on the Z06/4th gen Camaro) so it will not fit on the stock hubs without being honed out. And the actual lug holes are larger on the 2010 SS rotor (.637"/16.2mm compared to .523"/13.3mm on the Z06)

I was thinking if you bought some Z06 2 piece rotors and had someone custom fab up a hat that had a better backspace so you didnt have to put washers for the rotors and spacers for the rim for doing a CTS-V/2010 Camaro SS upgrade. All you would have to do if you changed rotors after that is just swap your custom hat on the new set? Think it is doable??

The lug pattern is different.. the Corvette is 4.75 and the G8 GXP and 2010 Camaro are 120mm

Here are the dimensions from DBA
Camaro and G8 GXP http://www.dba.com.au/products/dba2604
Corvette with 355mm front rotors http://www.dba.com.au/products/dba2992

Hope this helps
