Question Can I still turn my stock rear rotors?

They have right at 89K miles on them, and the stock pads are finally needing replaced. They are squeaking pretty bad now, even when I'm not applying the brakes. My question is this, can I just replace the pads and have the rotors turned, or do you think there's too many miles on them to do it?
