How to turn off abs light on 98 after abs delete

Quick question, in deleting ABS from the car, how would you go about shutting off the light without resorting to the black tape mod? I heard 98 and lower can disable the light easily without tuning.

i read somwhere that the 98 (only) u need to short 2 wires together to shut the light indicator.

You take your cluster out and pull the bulb. There isnt anything you can do on 99-02 cars
