Ok. Great.. Hope they build it.
But it's a concept, as the data sheet says "Part concept, part reality" and built to showcase GM's expanded line of performance parts.
That doesn't make it an SCCA legal car, or Grand-Am legal car.... It makes it a concept car built from a Production car. Like most cars @ SEMA.

Launching!
I really, really hope that isn't the case.
20 inch wheels = no options for competitive autocross R comp rubber
Probably irrelevant anyway because 1000 would have to be built for it to be stock class legal.
It doesn't fit into any of the STx classes either.
I suppose you could buy new wheels and downsize the diameter to something much more sensible in order to run in one of the higher classes. Problem is you'd just wind up with an expensive, goofy looking car (small wheels) that gets slaughtered no matter where it's classed.
For road course work...
20 inch wheels = no options for competitive road race slicks
Again, you'd have to buy new wheels just to get comp rubber on your new track car. Doesn't make much sense to me unless this is simply a poser oriented concept that was never intended for production.
Oops... wait.... this car is at SEMA, right?

The car origanally posted dosen't look half bad but i'm with the other guy above, the new camaros look way to bulky for my likings and I would probablly never see myself going out of my way to buy one.
