Default ls1 springs and shocks on a lt1?

A friend of mine is getting rid of his eibach sportlines and kyb shocks from his 2000 Camaro. Im thinking about getting them but will they fit on a 1994 Trans AM. Ive heard some places they will and some they wont.
thanks Chris

Not a great setup... but they'll fit just fine. They are the same car chassis wise.

ok thats what i figured because eibach says they wont work. He said he'll give them to me for half, hes only had them on the car for a year. Do you think i would be better off waiting and getting something better. Ive already been looking at your combination deals

I'm probably a little biased... but considering I sell Eibach and KYB--but never recommend anyone use Sportlines and rarely recommend a KYB (different versions of those and it will always be a budget thing if I do recommend them) I certainly feel you can do much, much better.

I believe so, yes... But aside from that, there are many better options than what you asked about originally and a full Koni/strano setup. You could stock springs and Bilstein's, stock and Koni's, my springs and Bilstein's, just as a few examples. I don't know enough about what you are looking to "get done" and want from the car to make a recommendation here, right now, by forum post, e-mail, or PM.

As always if you want to discuss options, I'm here and you can call me.

I'm looking for a noticable lower stance with amazing cornering. I dont race it so launching isnt a big deal to me.

I realize that's not your goal (and that's no problem) but my springs are, I think some of the best launching lowering springs because I do two things. 1. I don't slam the car. 2. I run a softer rate than many which helps with getting power down. I did not do those things because of drag racing, I did it to get power down and make the rear end work as best I could over bumps. Both of which effect handling. Just a happy help to the drag racers we don't slam the car and kill the instant center position or run the car brick stiff.

Ok so yours are basically an overall spring, I really appreciate all your help. I'm thinking after the winter I'll probably go with bilsteins and strano springs. Thanks for saving me from stiff eibachs
