Default ls1 brake fitting to AN adapter?

I think the ls1 caliper fitting is m10x1.0 flared.

does anyone sell an adapter that will let me mate it to a -3 AN fitting?

Im thinking of going ls1 brakes in front and my line has a 3 an female fitting.

thanks

The hole in the caliper is not a flaired seat. It is a 10x1.0 thread. It requires one of these:

If you want to convert it to AN, you will need to get an adapter w/ a crush washer or a banjo to AN fitting like these:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&t...f&oq=&gs_rfai=

The 2nd link will allow you to use the OEM banjo bolt and crush washers.

In fact, in the 2nd link, 7 of those will work on LS1 F-body calipers. I have the Goodridge brand banjo to AN -3's on my CMC car. They work perfect. I use 90 degree's on the rear and 45 degree's on the front.

Glenn the 95 Forumla Tobey purchased and the C5 calipers I sourced from PST had those fittings.

They work fine.

The banjo bolt is NOT a flared fitting. The Jeg's fitting will work.

You will have to seal it with a crush seal.

The benefit is that the a straight ended brake line will leave the caliper perpendicular to the caliper and won;t get into the wheel or tire.
