Bent Control Arms + recommended fix
I just found out that my stock trans am rear control arms are horribly bent like about 1-2 inches to the left? and I've been driving on them like that for damn near forever...
What would be a recommended / best aftermarket control arm with the least wheel hop?
Metco

or
BMR

or anyone with personal experience with another company with a better recommendation?

UMI makes quality stuff.
How about getting some stockers from a salvage yard and put some new bushings in them? Save you some $$ Just a thought.

So I'm building it slowly piece by Piece until it's finally done.
Are UMI control arms any better than the other two I listed?
I'm afraid of getting the adjustable ones because they might get bent again and I have a preference for machined parts.

I've been running UMI real lower adjustable control arms on a road race car for several years without an issue. I doubt you will in your application and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set from UMI. Top quality craftsmanship. I've seen other brands rattle, or just flat fail.
If your stocker are bent to the left, that tells me that the car took a sideways shot into a curb or something. Any control arm will bend with that kind of lateral loading. As a matter of fact, you want the control arms to give before an axle tube or flange.
Almost all the loading is longitudinal, not lateral.
