i thought my car was launching good or how it should until i saw a picture of it at the track when i took off. you could clearly see the left rear higher then the right. car was unloading causing me to lose some time in the 60.
it may feel fine to you but i would get someone to try and take a picture or watch from the back when you take off. on a real good road with traction or w/e and see what it does

Ok so I want the back set about 3 clicks from as far + as I can go and on the back I should make the back left more stiff than the back right, correct? Than the front I want to set about 2 clicks from as loose as it will go?

Set them up at the same setting from side to side, both rears should be 2-3 clicks from full stiff. And the fronts should work well at 2 clicks from full loose.

when I last played with an M6 car, we went exactly where Kyle is saying as a starting point. Do to the driver we ended up going a little softer up front and stiffer in the rear, but we dropped 2 tenths just playing with the shocks (his friends were idiots). Start with what he's said and then you can try going a click in either direction and see if it helps out to your particular car. He's right on about the side to side change. If you need to do that, you need to look into a GOOD anti-roll bar for the back, but according to your sig. you're a little ways off of that IMO. let us know how she hooks up once you get the testing done!

Great info.. I'm looking forward to purchasing the QA1 single adjustable 12ways also.. What springs did you go with on the front/rear? Any recommendations? Also I already purchased BMR PHR adjustable/ Tubular SFCs/Shock Tower Brace/Adjustsble LCAs.. I didn't think I needed the relocation brackets. Do they help that much? Not trying to hijack, just curious on my build as well.

Primarily a street car or a drag car. I don't like the tunnel mounted TA at all, the thin gauged metal that is used in that area was never meant to have those forces on them. We have the BMR trak pak which works very well for more drag race oriented vehicle and uses a cross brace that welds in between the SFC's and will easily hold up to single digit times. If the car is more street oriented I would use a BMR adjustable full legnth TA with a torque arm relocation transmission crossmember which will allow you to bolt the TA to trans crossmember itself, plus it will allow you to change the instant center of the car which helps out alot.

If the fronts are road course orientaded, they will hurt your launch some. Road course springs can be as high as 500lbs or more. The 300's are a thinner wire and allow the front to rise more than the stiffer spring will. How much depends on how the rest of the car is set up. It may only hurt .001 sec or as bad as a few tenths. Either way it will handicap you a little.

What kind of springs do you have? If you just have lowering springs then you will be fine but if you have some really stiff springs up front used for all out handling it will definitely hurt you. I have quite a few more drag race oriented cars that I have put together using lowwering springs and many of them have cut 1.3 60ft times, it is really just in how the car is setup.

Hey Kyle, could you PM me a good suspension setup for the track? I'm not worried about streetability. I drive it on the street like I do on the track. Lol. I need ideas on swaybars/anti roll kits, Torque Arms/Shocks and springs. And how it should be set up. I have a 1998 Z28 M6. Thanks.

You have a PM! Unless your car is real light in the front I wouldn't go any lighter than a 300lb spring. The adjustable drag shocks are more important than the spring rates for drag racing. Stick to the 300lb spring and you will be set.
