it will help a little bit with weight transfer, probably wont solve your traction issues though.

My car hasn't had a front sway bar on it for over a year and I drive it on the street all the time.

With skinnies up front the swaybar is worthless anyways so you might as well

We have lots of customers running no front swaybar on the street. Its not as heavy as it looks though since it is hollow. Getting rid of it serves two purposes though, removing weight and allowing the front suspension to move more freely when launching. This will help the car weight transfer better which may or may not help the car get better traction. It all depends on the rest of your combination...either way, it definitely won't hurt anything!

I don't see adjustable front or rear shocks on your list. Getting a set of those would be a good start in the right direction also. I never noticed not having it on the front especially with the skinnies, not like you take a fast corner with those on to begin with.

Im going to be removing mine this upcoming season. I drive mine on the street all the time and have talked to a ton of people that run without them. Like Midwest added, some better shocks should do a lot for your setup, I also dont see any sticky tires on your mod list?? That may also help if you dont have any.

The biggest concern I'd worry about is snap oversteer if you get into a hairy situation on the street. Though I don't know how it compares to driving a big floaty car from the 80s or truck.. Just don't expect it to do the same thing when it had the swaybar.
