The loud squeak happens as I slightly turn the steering wheel to either side, mainly to the passengers. The noise comes from the front. I have no trouble with steering cause it turns fine, it just squeals as I'm about to turn. Well I recently replaced my wheels, tires, shocks, springs, rotors & brakes. At first I thought it was the new tires sqealing on my garage floor, but now that I've paid closer attention to it I noticed it happens everytime I turn the wheel. Any help will be appreciated, I would like to get this fixed asap.

Does it do it when you are turning right from straight ahead to either side, like when the power steering is exerting force to turn the wheel?
I had a load groan coming from mine and it was my rack and pinion.

Ive worked on a couple of cars that have had issues like this. have you checked the tie rod ends. just go underneath and move them back and forth with youre hand. sometimes the boots tear due to age and they leak the grease and dry up, causing a kind of squeeck/grunt like noise
