Good blank rotor replacements
Looking for opinions on a good set of blank rotors to replace my warped factory rotors. Slotted would be fine, but really not interested in cross drilled rotors, also trying to keep them on a budget as the harshest conditions I could see putting them under is slowing down after a 1/4 mile pass...and I do that -maybe- a couple times a year. I've heard good things about brakemotive, so if anyone has them please chime in!

Napa has some good ones from their "top end" store brand.
Another option, and probably the best out there is Brembo blanks that you can get from just about any parts store.
The "warping" that you feel is probably caused by an uneven pad buildup on the rotor rather than the rotor physically warping. Be sure to properly bed in your pads with the new rotors to reduce the possibility of getting a pulsing pedal under braking.

like from where? i've never seen a parts store carry brembo. i've only found a few vendors online selling brembo front rotors, and it looks like the rears are being phased out or superseded.

ATE rotors will do the job. I don't personally have them on my car yet, but when I'm due for a set, I'm going with these. I have read many threads on this and for the money, ATE seems to be pretty top notch and doesn't do too bad with fast/hot runs.
